Nice vintage nail brush or scrub brush from Dove. Measures approximately 4.25 x 1.75 and is about 1.5 inches high bristles themselves are about half an inch but these are move it on the softer side more like a nail brush than a hard scrubber. Good shape no issues see pictures.
